Join us for a high-profile discussion co-ordinated with AG Midgley and led by industry experts on the Electronic Trade Documents Act (ETDA) 2023 and its potential impact on our digital economic landscape.
Currently, the primary themes for discussion are the “Reliability” of the digital systems underpinning the Electronic Transactions, as set out in clause 2(5) of the Electronic Trade Document Act (ETDA), and how recent changes to the Arbitration Act may or may not impact the jurisdictional aspects of these transactions.
An overview of ETDA provisions together with an update on its uptake and a list of issues that might require to be resolved in the event of a dispute regarding “Reliability” (per 2(5) of the ETDA)
